Apple Blossom Glazed Pork Loin- Recipe Review

Today, I made Apple Blossom Pork Loins from The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. I love this cookbook being a big Harry Potter fan and cooking things straight from the books is a great experience.

You can find this recipe on page 11 in the Chapter titled "Good Food from Bad relatives". The Apple Blossom Glazed Pork Loin recipe is a fairly easy recipe with few ingredients and didn't cost a lot to make either. It does; however, take about a hr to make so it is not one of those 30 min meals, but it doesn't take too long.

After all is said and done this recipe turned out well, the pork was a bit chewy but tender and it had a nice sweet taste to it due to the applesauce, dried cranberries, and honey. I did alter the recipe little to Pork Loin chops; instead, of pork tenderloin as I could not find unseasoned pork tenderloin at my grocery store but again it still turned out well. I'd recommend having sweet potatoes or yams with this recipe. Apple Blossom Glazed Pork Loin gets an 8/10 due to having a sweet tooth like myself it is a great sweet meat recipe that is fairly easy, and you can make in a decent amount of time.
