Best Baked Ravioli from Dump Dinners- Recipe Review

I'm back with Cathy Mitchell's Dump Dinners cookbook. This recipe will be one of the true dump dinners in this book(a meal that requires no mixing or combining of ingredients simply plop them in a dish and bake). Here is the Recipe from the book(not copied word for word but still the same thing):

1 bag of Frozen Ravioli(cheese, meat or veggie-I got cheese-)

1 jar of Marinara Sauce

2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups, fresh baby spinach Parmesan Cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Spray bottom and sides of 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

3. Spread 3/4, cup of sauce in dish. Arrange ravioli in a single layer over sauce: top with half of the remaining sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.

4. Spread spinach over cheese and repeat layer, starting with ravioli, remaining sauce, and remaining cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese.

5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10-15 or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 min before serving.

This recipe was good. I was worried about simply throwing spinach leaves in there but they tasted fine baked in sauce. If you love cheese and Italian food then give this a try.
