Josee, the Tiger and the Fish- Anime Review

Ever since this movie came out, I was interested in watching it. I heard good things and I have no excuse not to since its available for Crunchyroll right now. Let's see where this movie can take us with Josee, the Tiger and the Fish.

An University student, Tsuneo Suzukawa struggles to juggle part-time jobs to pursue his passion in marine biology. One night, in a fateful accident he meets a girl in a wheelchair. The girl who's name is Kumiko but prefers to be called Josee is a bit rude at first, but Tsuneo is quickly hired to be her caretaker. Despite this daunting task to care for her, He is happy to do so as a way to save money to support his dream. Through their time together, they realize the traits that bind them, may help in achieving their dreams.

This movie was beautiful in both animation and story. As usual in these cases there are a lot of heartwarming moments, and drama. It reminded me of my dream to go to Japan, which luckily for me came true, just a few weeks ago. If you need a movie to lift your spirits despite what life can bring you, this is the movie for you.
